Where it starts: The SBA 504 loan program
The SBA 504 Program appeals to entrepreneurs growing their businesses, lenders financing commercial mortgage loans, and brokers offering low-risk options for small business loans. Why? Because it offers many advantages including low down payments and fixed interest rates for terms of up to 25 years.
The program provides financing to purchase fixed assets for business expansion and improvements. This financing, used for construction loans, equipment loans, or commercial real estate loans, assists small businesses to grow while retaining working capital. ELCDC partners with local banks to provide up to 90% financing at below market, fixed rates of interest.
