Enchantment Land Certified Development Company is now Elevated Lending CDC

Albuquerque, N.M., November 25,  2024—Alan C. Shettlesworth, President, Board of Directors of Enchantment Land Certified Development Company, announced today that the company has changed its name to Elevated Lending CDC. “At Elevated Lending,” Shettlesworth continued, “we understand that one size does not fit all, and our name change supports our approach. While all Certified Development Companies (CDCs) work with SBA 504 loans, Elevated Lending CDC also engages with other lenders so that its customers have multiple financing options to consider. These loans can be SBA 504, a combination of a 504 loan with other financing, or traditional financing only. Elevated Lending’s commitment to its customers is to help them access capital for their business needs.”
